This little entrance deck had been neglected for a long time and as a result the timber had rotted and had made the eaves sag. A total replacement of the deck was needed. The old deck was removed and the new deck built to suit. The upright pole was still solid so this was retained and re-anchored to the deck and the eaves were propped up once again.
Removed 12 rotten decking boards, align and re-attach sunken joists to concrete ramp base. Then refit new hardwood decking boards, refit hand rail base. High pressure wash of the ramp and re-paint with colour matched exterior paint with antislip additive.
