New owners, new colour! This was a small painting job which was some colour injection into these white walls where a striking green was painted.
With this job our client had just purchased a new home which needed a couple of things fixed before moving in. Our brief was to remove the 4 wall mounted air conditioners then patch the internal and external walls ready for the painter to come in and paint the whole house. We removed the air cons and framed the inside of the cavity with termite resistant framing pine and patched and plastered the inside ready for painting. We then we clad the outside with blueboard and moisture sealed. Once that had dried we rendered the outside to match the existing render.
With this one our client wanted to hide his pool pump so we built a screened box to go around the pump with a removable lid to allow for easy access inside the box. Our client will now paint the box black to match the trims on the rest of his house.
The floor of this whole house was a mismatch of carpets, tiles and lino. This house had been renovated and one of the finishing touches was to install a new floor in the kitchen and dining room. The old carpet and lino was removed and disposed of and the new linoleum laid which gave a fresh new look.
The palings on this timber fence had fallen off and the main post support had rotted at the base making for an unstable fence. The old post was dug out and new post installed. Palings re-attached and fence was structurally sound and looking good once again.
A job done on Cairns Northern Beaches where this commercial office was getting a makeover. Commercial grade vinyl planks were to be laid over the existing lino floor. The old linoleum was cleaned and prepped and the vinyl planks laid in a random pattern to give best natural looking results. The glue was then left to set and the new floor cleaned and skirtings installed to give the office a fresh new updated look.
The owners of this 70’s brick house wanted to give the tired front facade a modern look to increase the street appeal. This was done by rendering the front of the property with cement render and then finished with a new colour scheme to bring it into the 21st century. We also performed some low maintenance landscaping with hardy plants as this property was going to be a rental.
The backyard of this house had been left neglected for quite a while. After a good trim and mow the grass came back to life and some landscaping was done with hardy Australian natives planted, mulch laid and crusher dust compacted for this once unkempt yard now a low maintenance rental property yard.
